Ingredients

• Cucumber 1

• Tomatoes 2

• Lettuce to taste

• Peas boiled) ½ cup

• Tomato ketchup 4tbsp

• Apple 1

• Onion (medium) 1

• Spinach (boiled) ½ bunch

• Mayonnaise ½ cup

• Black pepper powder ½ tsp

• Lemon 1

• Salt to taste

• Olive Oil 4 tbsp

METHOD:

• Boil Spinach lightly and set aside. Cut all vegetables into small pieces.

• Mix spinach, vegetable, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, tomato ketchup, and mayonnaise in a bowl.

• Serve cold
